We are a FULLY STATE ACCREDITATED program. We offer court-approved/court mandated classes!
Dutch-Will Assessment Group is an organization that specializes in offering Domestic Violence/ Battering Intervention Prevention Program known as BIPP classes to offenders in the Fort Bend County and surrounding area. We are accrediated in Jefferson, Harris and Fort Bend Counties. We serve both male and female offenders. Our program uses the Men Stopping Violence curriculum for male offenders and the STOP-Women Stopping Violence for female offenders.
We offer a number of court approved and mandated programs including:
DWIE (Driving While Intoxicated Education) 4 days 3 hours each day for a total of 12 hours.
DOEP (Drug Offender Education Program) 5 days 3 hours each day for a total of 15 hours.

We offer BIPP classes for men on Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm and Wednesday mornings from 10-Noon.
We offer classes for women on Saturday mornings from 10-Noon.
Assessments are by appointments only and we only except payments by cash or credit card. NO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS!
**DWI and DOEP Classes are offered consecutively through-out the week multiple times mornings, mid day, and evenings including week days and weekends.

Throughout the course my experience has been engaging and insightful. The classes get everyone involved and have everyone feel welcomed and accomplished. Mrs. Brenda is nothing short of caring and entirely honest. She always had my back and supported me. She teaches and instills faith and accountability and it helped me develop the skills I need to pursue a better life style and better reactions and actions.

This class was very educational and therapeutic for a lot of unresolved issues I have had from my childhood. I gained various tools in conflict resolution within my marriage and other relationships I have. They were very profesional and understanding to everyones situation.

A really Informative class Bibb was. The teacher engaged with the student as well as others engaged on our specific situations that led us in the program. Ms Riley made the class an experience you can’t forget and I’ll leave here with lots of information and experiences to help me in life to come.

The program was extremely helpful! Not having an idea of what the class would be like prior to entering was a little intimidating but thanks to mrs. Brenda & Mrs.Yvonne, they made the program a very smooth ride from beginning to end. I immediately started to look forward to every tuesday night for the deep diving intellectual discussions that the program had to offer. This really is a safe space to open up about anything and the classmates/ leaders are very interactive so you’ll never feel like your input us invalid! Do yourself a favor and enroll even if you’re not court mandated because there’s a lot to learn in this amazing program!
